MSport Terms & Conditions — Must be read before use

By using the MSport platform, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the MSport website, mobile app, and all related services. References to "we", "MSport", or "the platform" mean msport.best and its operating company. "You" or "user" refers to a registered member or visitor of the platform.

MSport reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time without prior notice. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email address or via in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The following requirements must be met to create an account on MSport:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• All personal information provided must be truthful and accurate
• Each individual may register only one account
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited

If information provided at registration is later found to be incorrect, MSport reserves the right to close the account and withhold the balance. Please ensure your name, date of birth, and contact details are accurate.

MSport is a responsible gaming platform. We do not allow accounts to be operated by anyone under the age of 18, under any circumstances. MSport reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

The KYC process is typically completed within 24–72 hours. All submitted documents must be clear and legible.

The following limits and rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on MSport:

The source account for deposits and the destination account for withdrawals must be the same. For example, if you deposit via Mobile Pay, withdrawals will be sent to that same Mobile Pay number. Withdrawing to a different number requires additional verification.

MSport does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on MSport:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via cashout)
• Minimum Bet: ৳10 per selection
• Maximum bet limits are set per event and market
• Up to 20 selections can be added to an accumulator bet
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or abandoned

MSport reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

If a bet is placed during a live odds change, you will be given the option to accept or decline the updated odds.

MSport offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms; however, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus turnover requirement has been met
• A minimum 5x turnover is required for the welcome bonus
• Bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify for turnover
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be reviewed

MSport reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. For bonuses already in progress, users will be given the opportunity to complete them under the existing terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MSport platform. Violating these rules will result in account termination and your balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual
• Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's details
• Using strategies to abuse or exploit the bonus system
• Use of betting software, bots, or automated systems
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to influence game outcomes (match fixing)
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes

If we suspect that an account is involved in any such activity, an immediate investigation will be launched. The account may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.

You may request to close your account at any time. MSport may also suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• As required by legal authorities
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy

A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months). Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

MSport makes every effort to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service. However, MSport is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors or server outages
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems
• Missed bets due to internet connectivity issues
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account

MSport operates under an international gaming license. These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and the regulations of the relevant regulatory authorities.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact MSport's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. If the support team is unable to resolve the matter, a formal complaints procedure is available.
