Profile information on MSport falls into two categories — Easy to Update and Verification Required।

You can change it yourself:
  • Profile photo, display name, address, and notification preferences.

To change your mobile number:

KYC is generally not required for small withdrawal amounts, but If a single withdrawal exceeds ৳5,000 or your total monthly withdrawals exceed ৳20,000 KYC becomes mandatory. It may also be required to withdraw promotional bonuses.

Documents required for KYC:
  • National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both the front and back.
  • Or Passport — photo of the main information page.
  • Selfie — a photo of you holding your NID.

MSport's policy is — Each person may register one account only. This is strictly enforced.

However, two different individuals in the same household or on the same device having separate accounts is Approved — only if both accounts use entirely different identities (NID, mobile number, and bank details). For example, a father and son can each create their own separate accounts using their own information.
